In order to incentivize philanthropic giving, each municipality in Chaffee will publicly commit and execute an investment in CCCF’s ERF as a matching challenge to the Chaffee community at large. Those community members who are not facing economic hardships from the public health measures taken to slow the spread of the disease COVID-19 will be asked to make tax deductible contributions to match the municipal ERF donations at least dollar-for-dollar.
Chaffee County Community Foundation is taking donations for folks looking to give locally in response the coronavirus. This fund is designed to fill in gaps in public assistance for individuals, families, organizations, and businesses who are being affected adversely by the public health decisions being made to control the spread of COVID-19.
The Chaffee County Community Foundation connects individuals, families and businesses with people and nonprofits committed to doing good in our county. In short, we make it easier for generous people to accomplish more with their gifts in our community.
Pre-Launch Donors: Recognizing that any public fundraising campaign is more effective when it
